MWA Healthy Schools Water Initiative
Feb 1, 2021 by Lisa Golphin

The MWA donated over 24,000 reusable water bottles to Bibb County Schools so students could use the new refilling stations at their respective schools to stay hydrated during the day.
With the current pandemic impacting the way Bibb County Schools teach and conduct business, the MWA has stepped up to make sure access to clean, safe drinking water is not a concern for our local educators and students.
As one of many strategies to reduce the spread of COVID-19, Bibb County School Officials disconnected all conventional water fountains in their schools and replaced them with touch-less bottle filling stations.
So, to make sure kids can stay hydrated during the day, the MWA donated over 24,000 portable, reusable water bottles to the Bibb County School District. Now, students can stay hydrated and healthy by refilling their MWA water bottles with America’s Best Tasting Drinking Water.
MWA drinking water is a healthy alternative to other beverages, helping students stay focused, improve their cognitive skills and creativity, boost their metabolism and energy levels, while increasing their muscle performance and regulating sleep.
