Thanksgiving Holiday - Office Closure

In observance of the Thanksgiving Holiday, Macon Water Authority offices will be closed on Thursday, November 23rd, and Friday, November 24th. We will reopen on Monday, November 27th at 8:00 AM. Macon Water Authority wishes you a wonderful, safe and happy holiday.

Water Outage ~ Water Main Repair in Sub-South Macon-Bibb area!

Macon Water Authority is on site investigating a water main break in the Macon-Bibb Sub-South area. Residents may experience no water and low water pressure. Streets affected are: Houston Rd, Goodall Mill Rd, Sardis Church Rd, Andalusia Dr, Alex Bailey Ct, Mason Phillip Dr, Sara Kay Cir, Joseph Chandler, Nicholas Ln, Whittington Dr, Shelby, Luke Dr, Barcelona Blvd and Jabrock Cir. Scheduled Website Maintenance - 4/16/2017

MWA online self service options, Customer Login and Guest Payment will be unavailable briefly this Sunday, April 16, 2017 between 8:00PM – 9:00PM, due to scheduled maintenance. During that time, MWA customers will not be able to access to their accounts online or through our IVR telephone system. We appreciate your understanding and apologize for any inconvenience this may cause.

REPAIRED! - Main Break - Bass Road (Zaxby's area)

- UPDATE - Repairs were completed and water services restored. Macon Water Authority is on-site to repair an 8" water main leak on Bass Road near Zaxby’s restaurant. Businesses and residents in the area will experience a water outage beginning at 10:30am while the repair is being made. We expect to have the water restored to these customers by 1:00pm.
