Pay by Automatic Bank Draft

For added convenience, MWA customers can utilize an Automatic (Direct) Bank Draft service for making bill payments. Under this method, the regular monthly bill is mailed to the customers, but the amount due is automatically withdrawn from their bank account on the due date.

Automatic Bank Drafts can be started and stopped by customers at any time by providing a notice five (5) business days prior to the draft date. The Automatic Bank Draft service is the most efficient way for customers to make payments, as well as the most efficient way for the MWA to process them. By using these direct draft payment methods, customers don’t have to worry when payments are due, and they avoid late fees and penalties, as payment are always made on time.

To establish or terminate Automatic Bank Draft service, customers can contact a customer service representative at 478-464-5600.
