Pay by Phone

MWA customers now have the option to make payments by phone at any time. There’s no need to speak with a Customer Care Representative. To pay your bill by phone through MWA’s automated payment  system, simply dial 478-464-5600, then select option 2, select option 2 again and you are ready to make a payment. A $2.50 convenience fee is applicable when paying by credit card.

Or, you can connect directly to the MWA’s automated payment system by simply dialing 1-844-517-9741.  Please have your account information available to make your payment.
