You know those “flushable” wipes? They’re not!

You know those wipes that are marketed as “flushable”? Well, actually they’re not! Wet wipes, Clorox wipes, rags, and other non-dispersible items (those things that do not break down naturally) can cause issues for your plumbing and our sewer lines. Non-dispersible items not only clog sewer lines in your home and within our system, but they can damage equipment and processes at MWA Water Reclamation Facilities.
