Marshall Talley serves as the District 2 representative on the Macon Water Authority Board of Directors. He is an entrepreneur, business executive, and community leader with experience in hospitality, business development, and nonprofit leadership.
Talley is the Co-Founder of Cheers Hospitality Collective, where he helps organizations and events improve operational efficiency through strategic planning, staffing, and execution. He is also the Co-Founder of KuntryKim Natural Products, a wellness-focused business centered on entrepreneurship and community service.
In addition to his business leadership, Talley serves as Program Director for the Mentors Project of Bibb County, working with schools, businesses, and community organizations to expand mentorship opportunities and support youth development throughout the community.
Throughout his career, Talley has focused on organizational leadership, strategic partnerships, financial stewardship, and operational improvement. His experience spans both the private and nonprofit sectors, where he has worked to strengthen organizations, build collaborative relationships, and promote long-term community growth.
A lifelong advocate for service and civic engagement, Talley brings a commitment to integrity, accountability, and responsible leadership to his role on the Macon Water Authority Board of Directors. He and his wife, Kimberly, are the proud parents of four children.
