Site 2 “5th Street at Hawthorne Street Building Renovations and Additions”

Description

The Site 2 project consists of 3 existing connected buildings located at 5th Street and Hawthorne Street. Renovation of the existing Office and Warehouse area of the one- story brick building. Renovation of the existing metal building structure (Fleet Maintenance Shop B). Addition of a new exterior covered canopy for parking vehicles attached to the south elevation of the Fleet Maintenance Shop (A) portion of the building. (See Exhibit F for Floor Plan Drawing)
