Rocky Creek Water Reclamation Facility Perimeter Fence Install

Description

The Project consists of clearing, removing vegetation, and installing a perimeter fence around the
Rocky Creek Water Reclamation Facility, including the newly acquired adjacent 19-acre parcel
and other areas not currently fenced in for security purposes, as detailed in these Specifications.
Exhibit A provides an overview of the fencing plan, including approximate locations of the new
fence and gates, estimated linear footage of the new fence, and clearing notes.

Sealed Bids for furnishing all materials, labor, tools, equipment and appurtenances necessary for the
installation of the Rocky Creek Water Reclamation Facility Perimeter Fence (the “Project”) will
be received by the Macon Water Authority (the “Owner”), at the Macon Water Authority, 537
Hemlock Street, Engineering Training Room, Macon, Georgia 31201 until 3:00 P. M., local time,
April 9th, 2026, and then at said office publicly opened and read aloud. All bidders must attend a
mandatory pre-bid meeting at Rocky Creek WRF, 5007 Old Gaul City Rd., Macon, GA 31206 at
10:30 A.M. on March 24th, 2026. All bid questions must be submitted to the Owner by 10:30 A.M.
on March 31st, 2026. The Bidder shall attend the pre-bid meeting in its entirety.

THE INVITATION TO BID FORM BELOW CANNOT BE USED FOR THIS BID.  PLEASE REFER TO THE PLAN DOCUMENTS UNDER SECTION 0100-INSTRUCTIONS TO BIDDERS.  A BID SUBMITTED THROUGH THE FORM BELOW WILL NOT BE ACCEPTED.
